I love Deri Delight. I know a lot of people complain about the prices but when you are craving their cheeseburger and fries, nothing else will do. They just hit the spot. I've been going to Deri Delight since I was a little kid and I imagine I'll continue to eat there as long as they are open!
Their chuck wagon is still amazing, but this place is for your Ice cream fix. So many different types of desserts and they are all always delicious. Although the cashier's are long time employees because Dairy Delite takes care of their workers. Building is ancient but other than that my son's and I always look forward to stopping in or going through drive through.
I have been a customer of Dali Delite since I was 10 years old. I moved away from the area almost 30 years ago but recently returned for a visit. I was pleased to see the local establishment still cooking and serving all my favorite deserts. I was pleased to the quality and the taste just as I was when I was a young boy. I love their ice cream and look forward to another trip there again . Edit- came back 2.5 years later on another trip and had to stop in again. What a delight. Great ice cream.
Love this place been eating here since I was old enough to remember!! Best shakes in town my fave is the Strawberry-banana milkshake!! You have to ask for it though it's not on the menu. Also the chicken snack is a classic can't go wrong with it. My next go to would be the hot ham and cheese sandwich.
Just got lunch here and it was so good. Got the chicken snack, some chuckwagons, and ice cream for everyone. The chicken was amazing, the chuckwagon sandwiches where enjoyed by all, and the ice cream was very satisfying (sweet but not too sweet and creamy). On top of that the drive through staff was very friendly. I was having a bad day and they put a smile on my face. I was parked for a very short time because the drive though was packed as soon as I got to the window. Thank you for the great food and the smiles!
Love the Chicken! and great Ice Cream at a good price. This place has been around forever and is a local favorite. building is outdated and not the best looking inside, but I would take this over a fast food chain any day. If you are looking for a quick cheap meal this is the place to go.

I have been eating here most of my life. Since I left Hartselle many years ago I always stop and get their chicken fingers whenever I’m in town. No one can even begin to taste theirs. They also have a Dieters Delite that comes with 2 chicken fingers and a salad that is the perfect size. I truly love this restaurant!!!!!
